How to get to Sam Son Beach from Hanoi?
There are 2 ways to travel from Hanoi to Sam Son: coach and train
Coach:
Sam Son is distant Hanoi about 170km. You can get on a coach at My Dinh, Luong Yen, Gia Lam station. It takes you 5 hours to come there with ticket fare about 70.000 – 120.000 VND). Or you are able to also go backpacking by your own motorcycle to Sam Son on the 170km route. However, you need to pay attention your safety.
Train:
Let you come to Hanoi or Long Bien station to get on a train to Thanh Hoa. When arriving to Thanh Hoa station, you need get on bus to come to Sam Son. The ticket fare of train is 70.000 – 150.000 VND and bus’ is only 10.000 VND.

The most common vehicles in Sam Son are electric scooter and cyclo or taxi. Before using any one, you must ask clearly route and price. What is more, there are a lot of people cycling cyclos shake deliberately very strong in such a way that wallet and cell phone of travelers fallen out of to steal.
